Condition is "Used". See photos, it is pretty rough looking. It has a leather cover that I assume was added by someone a long time ago. Both covers have been stuck to the cover, back cover is stuck. Center is pulled loose from the staples, there is inkpen writing throughout. This one is hard to find in any condition so really not terrible for a 100+ year old paper item.
