    The history:
    1954-1974
    The Boxer was introduced in 1954 without any mold stamps. This mold came with a brown snap-on vinyl collar, with a choke chain collar, and with no collar at all. The mold is a copy of a porcelain Boxer sculpted by Edward M. Boehm and is Breyer mold #1.
