    Auction also include one (1) even rarer Shelby Auto's Transportation claim form.
    These forms are what the dealership would use to get reimbursed for performing Nu Car Prep & transportation repairs on the Shelby Dodge cars before retail sale.
    The Shelby version is four pages and the Chrysler version imprinted with the Shelby Auto's dealer name is three pages. The Shelby Auto's transportation claim form is four pages.
