Antique/Vintage Chinese Wood & Leather Wedding Trunk-Red

Description

A beautiful red lacquered elm wood Chinese Wedding Trunk with original paper label dates to 1900
to 1940.  The wood is covered with leather or some kind of material and then lacquered.  There
is a corner that is worn and a place above the hing in the back.  See pictures.  This came out
of estate in Connecticut with other antiques and vintage furniture from China.  Will be listing a large
wedding basket from same estate in future. It is a very nice size.  Not too large. Looks beautiful
as coffee table or side table as accent piece. Pristine on inside.
