Breyer hereford bull animal figurine

Description

Someone painted a decent red and white halter on this guy.  And horribly re-did the eyes.  EEEK!  Great body, or maybe the added paint could be stripped, or an OK shelf or toy as is.
Please look the photos over carefully for any other issues I might have missed.
