Small, brief brochure from Briggs & Stratton, demonstrating that they had built a hybrid electric car to demonstrate its feasibility. The specs for the prototype are inside. Basically they used one of their large motors and so many car batteries that they had to put “dualies” in the back of the chassis.
Fun look back into this little-known chapter in the development of electric vehicles.
