Condition. Front cover does have wear present with white showing through along the spine. There is a slight spine roll. Looks like the colors from inside can be seen from the front cover. Top right corner has a crease mark. Corners do have bump marks. Might be a little dirt marks present. Back side has the same condition as the front with crease mark in bottom right hand corner. Bleeding through and looks to have pen markings. Pages 92 and 93 are stuck together down at the bottom due to not being cut from printing. There is also light crease marks present in the bottom corner. Otherwise, great reference program.
