Damascus Forged Skull Business Card Holder.
These one of a kind hand forged steel skulls are made by me in my small shop. This skull started out as a stack of 30 pieces of steel, Bandsaw blades and high carbon steel. The billet was heated to over 2300 degrees and then welded together into a solid block under the power of a hydraulic press. After forging welding the billet the shaping process begins. I use hand and power hammers with assorted hand chisels and punches.
Skull #65 is almost 2.35 tall and aprox 11 oz.
Shipping international usps first class will only have tracking up to customs.  International buyers! There is no guarantee after it leaves US customs if it gets lost after that. If you want full tracking and insurance, I can ship priority express but the cost will be over .00. Contact me for that.
(Tips on keeping them looking nice.) Since these are forged from steel it is best to rub a light coat of oil on them to keep them from rusting. Indoors, maybe once a year is fine.
