These games are shipped directly from the manufacturer/supplier and if for some reason they are not immediately
available your money will be immediately refunded.
Most items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours with a transit time of
from 3 to 10 business days, however due to manufacturing and motor freight shipping times, delivery times could be
as long as 2 – 4 weeks especially during peak times between Thanksgiving and Christmas, so please plan ahead.
Large game shipping is by motor freight with curbside delivery to the 48 lower states.
Please note that this product
cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Important: Large Item Shipping Information
All large items are shipped via common carrier (freight truck) and curb side delivery.
The delivery truck will park in
front of your home, and you are responsible for receiving the product from the truck.
Once your merchandise arrives at the delivery agent’s pick-up location, he/she will call you to set up a delivery
appointment. Most truck delivery companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00am and 5:00pm EST,
Monday through Friday.
The delivery appointment must be scheduled within 3 business days from the carrier contacting you.
If a delivery appointment is not scheduled, you may incur daily storage fees that must be paid before your order will be
released for delivery. Your order will be deemed undeliverable if you fail to schedule a delivery appointment within
10 days of initial contact by the carrier. If the item(s) are deemed undeliverable they will either be returned to us or
our drop shipping partner that sent the item. You will be required to pay all additional shipping and storage fees if your
order is returned to us or our partner. NO refunds or credits will be given if you fail to schedule a delivery appointment.
If you are ordering a large item, please note that you may need a couple of people to help unload it and carry it inside.
It is the
customer’s responsibility to transport the product(s) from the truck inside
, however most truck freight companies
offer additional services to help move merchandise from the truck into your home or office.
At the time you are called by
the shipper to setup an appointment for delivery you can then inquire about additional shipping services you may need.
In this event, it is your responsibility to directly pay the truck delivery carrier for any additional services.

You must inspect the package at the time of delivery.
If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for
you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PACKAGE DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you
to sign. Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery.
This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged,  please refuse delivery of the package. The
damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so
that we can expect the return shipment.
Only sign for a package if you are sure that the contents are in good condition
with no damage.
Deliveries that have been signed for free and clear of damages will be the receipient's responsibility, no exceptions.
Due to the high cost of shipping large items by freight line, returns for these items are in most cases prohibitively
expensive. Please make sure all of your questions are answered before ordering. Our customer service team is more
than willing to answer any and all product questions.
