Not sure if the settings are wrong or if something else is non working. Looks to be missing a few parts see pics. Blade that is include is used and should be replaced

Details-Unit turns on, lite is burnt out on the turn on switch which at times you need to play with in order to get the unit on, blade does not spin or engage, stop lite function works and lites up and missing a few parts see pics. Not sure if the settings are wrong or if additional repair is needed.
