    Description

    12" x 8-3/8"  Northern Pike Fish Decoy Plaque by Harry Novak.  Harry was a retired art teacher who made fish decoys for many years.  His works are in collections coast to coast and in Canada.  The Northern Pike is hand painted with artist oils and given four coats of lacquer.  The Pike was carved from basswood and has many details, including a glass eye.  The plaque is wired for hanging.  It is signed and dated.  This plaque would make a nice addition to your Folk Art or home/office collection.  Thank you for looking.
